YOUR ROLE AS GENERAL MANAGER

As General Manager you are the face heartbeat and driving force of the hotel. You lead the team with a hands‑on spirit ensure smooth operations and build strong relationships with guests partners and the local community especially with Outletcity Metzingen. Your mission : create unforgettable experiences and lead the hotel to commercial and cultural success.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Lead all hotel operations with a visible hands‑on leadership style.
• Drive guest satisfaction and ensure every stay is seamless personal and fun.
• Manage all departments (Front Office Housekeeping F&B Maintenance) with operational excellence.
• Build strong partnerships with Outletcity Metzingen and local businesses to boost visibility and revenue.
• Ensure financial performance and consistently exceed commercial targets.
• Coach mentor and develop your team to create a strong motivated high‑energy Crew.
• Oversee budgeting forecasting cost control and revenue strategy.
• Ensure Marriott brand standards and operational procedures are followed at all times.
• Lead innovation projects and implement new ideas to elevate guest experience.
• Represent the hotel in the community and act as a local ambassador for the Moxy brand.
• Drive a positive workplace culture where personality creativity and teamwork thrive.

• Proven experience as General Manager in a mid‑scale hotel (Marriott experience is a plus).
• Strong financial and commercial acumen; ability to drive top‑line and GOP results.
