Overview
Our client is a leading Payroll Consultancy and they are looking for a German speaking Payroll Consultant for a 7 month contract.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to capture all payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps and systems setup.
- Validate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations in compliance with legal regulations.
- Assist and support with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks.
- Manage all system testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and address system configuration / integration issues with global teams.
- Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness.
- Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery.
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of local payroll and time regulations in Germany and proven expertise in payroll system configuration and integrations.
- Hands-on mindset with a willingness to explore and apply innovative solutions.
- Fluent in English and German with excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset.
- Previous experience working on international payroll projects is a plus.
- Ability to work remotely, manage tasks efficiently, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, global and project teams.
