We are currently looking for a skilled & passionateFullstack Engineer (m/f/d)to become part of our team onsite in Hamburg or Berlin.You will build reliable backend services and intuitive user interfaces, ensure smooth integrations through well-structured APIs, and contribute to high-quality architectural decisions. In this role, you will combine hands-on coding with problem-solving, helping shape SCAYLE Payments’ products to deliver secure and seamless e-commerce payment experiences.

What you will do

• Build internal & external RESTful API as well as Background Jobs in a high-scaling architecture
• Engage in decisions ranging from Design to application architecture together with the Lead Engineer and explore new technologies
• Work with agile processes that are adapted to the team’s needs
• Work with continuous Deployments (Gitlab Pipelines, AWS Elastic Container Service) and monitor applications with industry-standard tools (Datadog)

Who you are

Who you are

• Solid coding skills in PHP 8 (Symfony) (3-5 years of experience)
• Solid knowledge of the Vue 3 Framework
• Solid background in building complex and beautiful products which provide an excellent user experience
• Good technical understanding of RESTful API’s
• Experience working with AWS, Git, RDBMS,
• Passionate about writing well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code, actively keeping the quality of the code base in check
• Ready to work in an English-speaking environment

Nice to have

• Experience in Tailwind CSS
• Experience in creating Integration tests
