About the role

We’re strengthening our Finance team and are looking for a FP&A Analyst who will play a key role in ensuring high‑quality monthly reporting, supporting our forecasting and budgeting cycles, and providing clear financial insights to support decision‑making. You will work closely with Accounting, Operations, and Leadership to ensure accurate reporting, robust planning, and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

• As Finance Business Partner, you will coordinate FP&A activities during month‑end closing and prepare accurate group‑level reporting, including variance analyses.
• Maintain reporting structures across sites, cost centers and projects to ensure consistent and reliable data.
• Support the preparation of quarterly forecasts and the annual budget, including tracking performance against targets
• Maintain rolling financial models and provide insight into drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the long‑term financial plan at GROPYUS Group level and perform financial modelling for key pipeline projects, including cost development, working capital requirements, milestones, and expected returns.
• Assist in preparing investor‑related materials, including KPI reporting, projectreports and financial statements.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in FP&A, business controlling, financial consulting, audit, or similar finance roles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Good understanding of financial statements, cash‑flow mechanics and forecasting principles.
• Comfortable working with multiple data sources and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with SAP (S/4 HANA), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or RibiTWO is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and reliably.
• Business fluent in English; German is a plus.
