Now we are looking for an exceptional Founding Product Lead to help us define and build the next generation of AI-powered logistics systems

What You'll Do

You will own our product strategy and execution entirely, defining the roadmap for our AI agent platform from the ground up. This is a high-ownership role where you\'ll define what we build and how we build it, translating messy operational challenges into elegant agent architectures that work in production. Every decision you make in these early stages shapes how logistics companies will operate for the next decade.

• Define the product vision and roadmap for Zauber's AI agent platform, balancing individual customer needs with technical feasibility, scalability and business impact
• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and pain points, then translate those into clear product requirements and agent architectures
• Partner closely with engineering to design system integrations and user experiences that handle the reality of freight forwarding operations
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch, including use case and feature prioritization, success metrics, and iteration based on production data

You Might Be a Fit If You...

• Have 5+ years of product management experience building technical products, ideally in AI, automation, or enterprise software
• Are comfortable with ambiguity and can make clear decisions with incomplete information
• Have strong technical intuition and can work effectively with engineers without needing to write production code yourself

What You Bring

• Proven track record shipping products that customers actually use and get value from
• Deep understanding of how agentic LLM products work, including their capabilities and limitations in production
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into clear product requirements and technical specifications abstracting custom requirements into scalable solutions
• Willingness to become a domain expert and learn to immerse yourself in the day-to-day of our customers and users
• Fluency in English required, German is a strong plus

Location & Logistics

• In-person Monday to Wednesday in our Berlin office (travel within Europe expected)
• Annual offsite (last year we took the team for 4 weeks to San Francisco)
• Start: As soon as possible
