We founded kontext21 with the goal to simplify how user context is accessed from our journey we have built several products and landed in AI agents for Excel.

As developers we have experienced the impact that AI tooling had in our day-to-day life. The likes of Cursor or Claude Code or any code generation agent has shown that LLMs potential when placed on the right software with the right context is infinite. Excel users have not yet had this a-ha moment as we did with Cursor which motivated us to build it.

We are at pre‑seed funded by top investors from Berlin (Antler, Redstone and top‑noch angels) and looking forward our first tech hire.

Tasks

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Founder Engineer based in Berlin Germany. We are looking for a motivated individual that is comfortable in a fast moving environment typical from the stage we are in. As a first tech hire you will wear many hats and be part of our journey from day one.

We are building an Add‑On for Excel running in Windows machines so our stack is a blend of C# Typescript and React.

Requirements
