What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Founders Associate to operate alongside the founding team and Chief of Staff as we scale the company.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and operations, and is designed for someone who wants broad exposure, real responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute wherever leverage is highest.

The day-to-day
  • Work directly with the founders and Chief of Staff on high-priority strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-team projects spanning company building, growth, and internal operations.
  • Run structured market, customer, and competitor analyses to support key decisions.
  • Create clear presentations, memos, and analytical materials for leadership, investors, and partners.
  • Support the definition, tracking, and execution of company-wide goals and priorities.
  • Assist with fundraising processes, investor communications, and board-related preparation.
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc projects as company needs evolve.
