Your Responsibilities
  • You hire, lead and develop the onsite teams at ~10 FINN Stations, creating a well functioning & high-performing organization.
  • You execute on an ambitious roll-out plan to launch up to 6 Stations in 2026 and scale volumes to > 6.000 monthly handovers & returns by the end of year.
  • You put customer experience at the heart of everything you do. Through exceptional handover and return moments, you lay the foundation for long-lasting customer relationships.
  • You define the vision by planning future launches and continuously piloting new ways of how to further increase the impact of FINN Stations on the overall business (logistics, onsite ops, automation, upselling, …).
Your Profile
  • You are based in Munich with a flexibility to travel, as needed.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, including people leadership, ideally in an operations-heavy role.
  • You thrive most when things have not settled yet and there is a lot of greenfield to build on. Uncertainty is something you seek, not avoid.
  • You steer your area of responsibility through KPIs, and are a natural when it comes to solving complex tasks analytically (logistics, capacity planning, etc.).
  • Very good German (C2) and fluent English (C1) skills.
