• Collaborate with CPA for external accounting and tax inspections.
• Resolve VAT issues and coordinate with tax accountants.
• Prepare bank payments and manage company accounts.
• Verify and register all received invoices.
• Support customer service team and assist with regional tasks.

Tasks

• Financial software management, for example, DATEV, SAP and Lexware
• Budget (monthly, quarterly and annual) planning, implementation and expenses monitoring.
• Distributor Bonus calculation and banking transfer for Germany Branch and Region.
• Close cooperation with CPA regarding external accounting tasks and support the state Tax Inspectorate
• Responsible for sorting out VAT issues and communicating with tax accountants on financial issues.
• All payments preparation in the bank and management all accounts of the company.
• All received invoices verification and registration.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in the field of financial accounting and book Keeping
• Strong analytical skills combined with a solution-oriented and independent approach；strong communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written, with an additional proficiency in Chinese as a plus.
