Key Responsibilities
- Proactively sell and provide clinical support for BD's portfolio of surgical products in the operating room.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, and hospital decision-makers.
- Conduct impressive product demonstrations, trainings, and sales presentations.
- Analyze the market and competition to develop and execute winning sales strategies.
- Maximize sales and market share within your assigned territory (Frankfurt, Nuremberg, Göttingen, Würzburg).
- Travel extensively within the region to provide on-site customer support.

- Locations: Karlsruhe, Berlin, Potsdam, Mecklenburg (with territory coverage as above)
- Salary: €65,000 - €80,000 base salary + attractive benefits package

What We’re Looking For in You?
- A motivated professional with initial sales experience in the medical technology sector.
- Someone with a strong understanding of, and comfort within, the operating room (OR) environment.
- An excellent communicator – persuasive, energetic, and able to build rapport quickly.
- A data-driven and results-oriented team player who thrives on autonomy and responsibility.
- Fluent in German and very good written and spoken English.
- Open-minded, accurate, and willing to travel extensively (this is not a desk job).
