Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively sell and provide clinical support for BD's portfolio of surgical products in the operating room.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, and hospital decision-makers.
  • Conduct impressive product demonstrations, trainings, and sales presentations.
  • Analyze the market and competition to develop and execute winning sales strategies.
  • Maximize sales and market share within your assigned territory (Frankfurt, Nuremberg, Göttingen, Würzburg).
  • Travel extensively within the region to provide on-site customer support.

  • A motivated professional with initial sales experience in the medical technology sector.
  • Someone with a strong understanding of, and comfort within, the operating room (OR) environment.
  • An excellent communicator – persuasive, energetic, and able to build rapport quickly.
  • A data-driven and results-oriented team player who thrives on autonomy and responsibility.
  • Fluent in German and very good written and spoken English.
  • Open-minded, accurate, and willing to travel extensively (this is not a desk job).
