• Manage requirements throughout the entire flight control system development cycle using the V-model.
• Analyze, define, derive, and partition requirements across all design levels.
• Support, write, and assess concepts and feasibility studies.
• Define and develop FCS general system functions.
• Ensure seamless integration of the autoflight and primary control law design requirements with general FCS functions.
• Define and coordinate interfaces with other aircraft systems, including writing interface control documents (ICDs).
• Perform and coordinate system design assessments for the clearances.
• Define and monitor software acceptance test (SAT) objectives, ensuring comprehensive coverage.

• Have a degree in aerospace (at least master's or diploma) or a comparable qualification.
• Have experience in system requirements engineering.
• Ideally, have knowledge of system design and development of safety-critical aircraft systems.
• Are ideally familiar with flight control systems and model-based system engineering principles.
• Have experience with Doors and/or Cameo (preferred).
• Have fluent English skills and ideally very good German skills.
