Responsibilities

• Keep building systems running at peak performance
• Plan, upgrade, and renovate complex HVAC and building services systems
• Manage projects independently with HOAI, VOB or VOL
• Oversee commissioning, testing, and acceptance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults

Requirements

• Degree in building services or HVAC technology with solid professional experience
• Strong knowledge of critical infrastructure and building automation
• Familiar with HOAI, VOB/VOL, DIN and VDI standards (esp. 6022 & 6023)
• Experience with renewable energy systems is a plus
• Confident with AVA, CAD, MS Office 365
• Good English skills & Class B driving licence

Salary

• €80,000 gross per year
