We are looking for additional Rockstar Experiential Event Producer based in South Florida. (relocation is not covered, and we are looking for someone already in the market). This event savvy Producer has a knack for event design and has worked with lifestyle brands bringing to life their footprints in multi verticals. We produce brand activations across the country and globally, so knowledge of multi market activations and planning from afar is a desirable skill. Experience working at an agency with small to large budgets is a plus and getting creatively crafty is attractive to our clients. Must have a passion for excellence, inspired by culture and someone thirsty to build more with a team and continue to grow their own experience in producing events of all kinds: from trade shows to influencer events to conferences to pop up shops to hospitality events.

• Work cross-functionally (internally and externally) to ensure all deliverables and deadlines
• Manage production staff, including assigning individual responsibilities and setting deadlines and deliverables.
• Experience in managing junior full time staff (not just contractors)
• Ability to manage Multiple projects at the same time in different timelines and locations
• Translate creative ideas into project plans and deliverables
• Manage onsite teams to ensure the seamless installation and execution
• Ability to manage and execute budgets as little as $50k for an event to hundred of thousands per program and successfully budget
• Ability to travel as we produce projects and events across the country simultaneously
• Experience in managing multiple programs and events at the same time in different phases
• Clearly translate both team and client vision, direction, and needs to 3rd party suppliers
• MUST be very comfortable discussing Fabrication and technical recommendations for designs to builds

• 4+ years experience in experiential live production and event experience
• Proficient with Project Management Tools (asana)
• Manage vendor relationships as well as cultivate new ones
• Self starter and client facing to push projects forward
• Proven track record of record developing and managing small and large, suppliers/projects/team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office but also has a good understanding in Social media and other creative platforms
• Valid drivers license and passport
• Ability to travel 20-30% realistically (1-2 times a month on average) Miami based team travels the least amount
• Salary based on experience But maxed to $80k
