  • Charge station Management (Electricity supplier – Landlord).
  • Inter-department communication.
  • Invoice handling (internal routing and monitoring).
  • On-site person for day-to-day topics/ad hoc needs.
  • You would report to our Group People & Compliance Officer.

At our global HQ in Kriftel, west of Frankfurt, you will organise and manage our Group Officer Team (People, Compliance, Finance, Data Protection, Export Controls) from 1 October 2025 onwards, and you will also be the central point of contact for all questions relating to the coordination and organisation of location-related issues.

If you enjoy working closely with the management of our group of companies, are confident in an international business environment, speak fluent German and business English, and possibly even have a good knowledge of French, we would like to get to know you.

Ideally, you will have experience in a similar/comparable role, have completed a Bachelor degree and be accustomed to handling highly confidential information. Does this sound like you?

Responsibilities
  • Welcome Management for guests and business travelers
  • Handling of Landlord & Facility Management topics
  • 3rd Party handling (supplier, service provider)
  • Charging station Management (Electricity supplier – Landlord)
  • Org Structure update on Teams and charts
  • Inter-department communication
  • Notary communication (support Group Executive Assistant)
  • E-Learning administration
  • ESG support (administrating the ESG Management System)
  • Handling daily mail (inbound, outbound)
  • Invoice handling (internal routing and monitoring)
  • Key – management (who is provided with what key (handing over & key return control))
  • On-site person to go to regarding day-to-day topics/ad hoc needs
  • You would report to our Group People & Compliance Officer
