Overview

We serve over 7,000 key account clients and more than 8 million SMEs. Our extensive industrial product supply is supported by around 30,000 suppliers, and our platform features over 40 million SKUs. Currently, JD Industrials is focusing on overseas business, providing one stop procurement solutions for industrial products. Responsibilities

1. Logistics Strategic Planning and System Development — Develop a medium- and long-term logistics development strategy for the European region, encompassing the entire chain of cross-border logistics (sea, air, and rail transport from China to Europe), local warehousing (e.g., core warehouses in Germany and France), and door-to-door delivery for corporate customers. Optimize the logistics network layout to ensure logistics capabilities align with business growth needs.
2. Daily Operations Management and Efficiency Optimization — Coordinate cross-border logistics booking, customs clearance, and transit operations; manage the incoming, storage, picking, and outgoing processes of local warehousing; and monitor the performance of end-to-end delivery service providers. Use data-driven tools (e.g., logistics management systems) to monitor key indicators (cross-border transport timeliness, warehouse turnover, on-time delivery) to drive process optimization and reduce logistics costs.
3. Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Customer Experience Enhancement — Work with the procurement team to optimize stocking schedules, reduce inventory overstock and logistics redundancy. Collaborate with the sales team to customize logistics solutions (such as air freight support for urgent orders) based on delivery cycle requirements of clients (such as industrial manufacturers). Collect customer feedback on logistics experiences and drive service upgrades (shortening delivery cycles and providing real-time logistics tracking).
4. Screen, evaluate, and manage cross-border logistics service providers (freight forwarders, shipping companies), local warehousing providers, and end-to-end distributors; establish a supplier performance evaluation system, and maintain stable partnerships. Build and lead the European logistics team (including warehousing, operations, customs clearance, and other positions), develop team training and incentive programs, and enhance the team's professional capabilities and execution capabilities.
5. Identify potential risks in European logistics operations and develop contingency plans. Ensure that the entire logistics chain complies with the compliance requirements of European countries to avoid penalties that could impact business operations.

Qualifications

1. Over 10 years of logistics operations experience, including at least 5 years in cross-border logistics (especially China-Europe cross-border) or local European logistics management experience. Familiarity with the logistics characteristics of industrial products (such as the transportation and warehousing requirements of heavy equipment and precision instruments) is required. Logistics management experience in B2B e-commerce and industrial supply chain is preferred.
2. Proficient in the entire China-Europe cross-border logistics chain (sea, air, and rail transport processes, as well as European customs clearance regulations), and familiar with local European warehousing and distribution networks (core markets like Germany, France, and Poland). Possess data-driven analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to improve logistics efficiency.
3. In-depth understanding of European logistics laws and regulations (EU customs policies, national warehousing safety standards, environmental requirements), along with practical experience in addressing cross-border logistics compliance risks.
4. English is a working language, with fluent English communication and business negotiation skills. German proficiency is a plus to facilitate liaisons with logistics partners and team management in core markets like Germany.
5. Possess excellent strategic planning, overall coordination, and problem-solving skills to drive the implementation of logistics systems in complex cross-border environments.
