Responsibilities

• Carrying out inspection, maintenance and repair work on production systems
• Systematic root cause analysis and elimination of mechanical and electromechanical faults on complex production machines and systems
• Collaboration in projects for the commissioning of new systems
• Expansion and optimisation of existing systems
• Assistance in setting up and maintaining spare parts management
• Supporting external service providers in the execution of maintenance work
• Carrying out a basic fault analysis and deriving process improvements

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), fitter (m/f/d) or comparable training
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of machine maintenance or plant service
• Sound knowledge of production machines and systems
• Sound knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Knowledge of electrical and control technology is an advantage
• Knowledge of technical and legal regulations and standards in the field of systems and machines
• Structured and independent work and a high degree of initiative
