This role is the on-the-ground anchor for employee experience in Berlin. You’ll ensure the office runs smoothly, onboarding feels intentional and employees have a consistent high-quality day-to-day experience. This role will involve some recruitment coordination and broader People squad. This is a hands-on role with room to grow into broader employee experience people partnering and coordination responsibilities.
