  • Confident German/English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Flexibility, ability to work in a team, independent working style.
  • Conscientious and result-oriented way of working.

Aufgaben

Clerk Customer Service (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
  • Support for national and international clients and customers.
  • Acceptance of inquiries or complaints, preparation of offers.
  • Entry of orders in the company-specific transport management system.
  • Invoice verification and correspondence with external service providers and specialist departments.
  • Close cooperation with colleagues (m/f/d) in the customs department and transport planning.
  • Development and optimization of existing and new processes.
  • Reporting/shipment tracking.
  • Ensuring that customer-specific KPIs are met.
