What you will be doing :
  • Preparing courier schedules and routes
  • Coordinating the distribution of work amongst couriers helping them to achieve stations operational goals in the most efficient way
  • Monitoring the daily delivery cycle updating systems with accurate information to ensure correct execution of the daily pick-up and delivery assignments
  • Providing support to the couriers and assisting them with issues resolution
  • Contacting customers when needed to obtain additional information or advise on potential service-related issues
  • Proactively reporting any issues that occurred during the daily delivery cycle to the management and compiling reports on stations productivity volumes and performance
