Director Sales East Europe

Location: Eastern Europe

As Director Sales for East Europe, you will implement strategies, develop plans, and monitor the activities of sales teams and branch offices for the region of Eastern Europe to achieve the established sales targets and goals. You will be responsible for the implementation and control of annual sales objectives for the assigned area and for developing and executing related sales growth programs.

  • Implement sales plans for the Eastern European area that identify opportunities for TTI’s profitable growth, primarily through increases in sales revenue and gross profit.
  • Develop and lead a productive team of regional sales personnel by hiring, training, and guiding the best qualified individuals.
  • Monitor branch performance within the area and manage resources to improve overall results.
  • Add value to supplier business by proactively working to achieve mutually defined sales goals and budgets, developing and meeting sales and project objectives.
  • Increase sales within the assigned area by engaging strategic and growth customers, understanding their critical objectives, and removing obstacles to sales.
  • Support area sales personnel in managing their territories efficiently to maximize the region’s return on sales activities and meet their goals.

Minimum qualifications:

  • University degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least seven years of experience in a related role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience in electronic component sales and sales management is desirable.
  • Strong business, managerial, leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Effective teamwork, collaboration, and people management abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant IT and office applications.
