Overview

Main Tasks

• Implementing and improving MP&L standards across all production locations in the region
• Managing and developing initiatives to achieve Operations inventory targets as well as plant delivery performance
• Defining the MP&L strategy for Operations Europe and ensuring alignment with Corporate MP&L management and the regional strategy
• Ensuring alignment between the MP&L activities of all plants and the regional strategy
• Coaching MP&L representatives at production locations to resolve complex supply chain issues
• Maintaining and creating metrics reports and process documentation with the overall objective of proactively identifying potential problems and driving financial and operational improvements

Your Profile

• Experience: Successfully completed degree in (Industrial) Engineering or in a similar field
• Work experience: At least 10 years of experience in a related industry in a similar function
• Professional experience: Proven track record in leading teams, disciplinary and functionally matrix organizations
• Strong Material Planning and Logistics Process Knowledge
• Proven track record of implementing relevant Governance in Material Planning and Logistics in a similar position in a related industry
• Strong knowledge of Lean Principles like PULL value stream development etc.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft 365; SAP experience preferred
• Language: Business-fluent in English
• Distinct analytical skills & problem solving skills
• Able to operate in a matrix organization, building a strong network to achieve common goals
• Travel is required
