Overview

As Director of Solution Delivery, you will take full end-to-end responsibility for the development and delivery of XR software solutions for global leaders in the life sciences sector. You will be a hands-on leader reporting to the CEO, driving operational excellence across delivery teams, ensuring high quality standards, and scaling delivery capabilities.

You will lead and mentor a growing team of Senior Project Managers while also managing a select number of client projects end to end. You will own delivery excellence and the project management function (PMO), ensuring that all projects are delivered to the highest standards within a scalable and reliable framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver complex, client-specific XR projects end-to-end, ensuring the highest quality and client satisfaction
• Lead, mentor, and develop a core team of Senior Project Managers
• Drive the development of the project management team and PMO processes, tools, and governance, strengthening capabilities and ensuring scalability and future readiness
• Ensure close alignment between delivery teams, development, and internal leadership, fostering transparency and execution at the highest standards

Qualifications

• Experience at Project Leader level or above from a Tier-1 strategy consulting firm, with a proven track record in software development, technology, or digital transformation; experience in life sciences is a strong plus
• Structured, reliable, and excellence-driven, with strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with client executive leadership
• Strong ownership mindset with high energy, resilience, and the drive to deliver results in demanding, high-performance environments
