How you can make a difference
  • Provide strategic, tactical and operational guidance to our supply chain management team and support stakeholders worldwide
  • Ensure the scale-up and further development of our suppliers to support our growth strategy
  • Develop the global supply chain strategy for our manufacturing network with plants in Switzerland, Romania and the USA, as well as outsourced production worldwide
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality and Regulatory to select suppliers, define supplier development initiatives, and implement medical device requirements throughout the supply chain
  • As a member of the management team you report directly to the COO
That's what you bring along
  • Degree in engineering or natural sciences combined with more than 10 years of professional experience in supply chain management
  • Leadership and personnel management skills with a mindset of supporting, coaching and developing people
  • Profound knowledge and experience with ERP systems as well as QM-Standards like ISO 13485 or IATF16949, ideally 21CFR 820, MDR, and MDSAP
  • Strong technical understanding of electronics and mechatronics
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
Location

This position can be based either in Germany (Munich) or Switzerland (Domat/Ems). Please indicate your preferred location in your application.
