Core Digital Marketing Responsibilities
  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of Geely Auto Germany’s target audience digital behavior and develop localized brand solutions aligned with European consumer preferences.
  2. Drive brand image enhancement, market share growth and overall brand perception improvement in the German market, including standardizing brand identity for Geely Auto authorized dealerships, strategic partnerships and all brand-related initiatives in Germany.
  3. Plan, prioritize and execute website enhancements, content/asset updates and routine maintenance to support new vehicle launches, sales promotions and brand campaigns. Ensure clear communication of business requirements to agency partners and maximize brand appeal in digital touchpoints.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (Sales, Product, After-Sales) and external third-party agencies to deliver key brand stories and initiatives, ensuring consistent brand representation on official website and targeted digital campaigns.
  5. Manage agency and vendor partnerships to optimize team collaboration, project delivery efficiency and output quality.
  6. Lead and develop the digital marketing team: identify process improvement opportunities, foster a positive working environment, and provide guidance and support for complex project execution.
  7. Develop and implement the brand’s digital analytics strategy, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize campaigns to meet or exceed business targets.
  8. Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with German and EU data protection regulations (GDPR).
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable brand growth.
  3. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the automotive industry, preferably with exposure to new energy vehicle (NEV) brands.
  4. Fluent in German and English (written and verbal) – a must for market localization.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
  7. In‑depth knowledge of digital analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google My Business, Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) and similar reporting platforms.
  8. Familiarity with European digital marketing channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and platform‑specific best practices is a plus.
