SharkNinja is hiring a Content & UX Manager to own day to day website content management across the Central Europe region while driving UX led improvements across the end to end customer journey. As a UX Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing the digital user experience on our platforms. You will lead UX projects, develop intuitive interfaces, and ensure that our digital experiences meet the needs and expectations of our customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams brand, marketing, and IT.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain end-to-end website content across both Shark and Ninja websites — ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and accessibility
  • NPD, Campaign and Landing Page setup
  • Develop and implement a user-centred UX strategy for digital platforms
  • Design, wireframe, and prototype UX solutions for an optimized customer journey
  • Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to implement UX improvements
  • Create and maintain UX guidelines and design systems
  • Continuously evaluate and implement new UX tools and methods to improve user experience
  • Monitor and report UX KPIs to assess the effectiveness of implemented measures
Qualifications
  • Experience in UX/UI design, preferably in E-Commerce or Consumer Goods
  • Strong knowledge of UX methods, user research, and usability testing
  • Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
  • Analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ContentSquare, Hotjar)
  • Ability to translate complex data and user needs into understandable solutions
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong stakeholder management, organization, and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines with clear priorities.
