In order to support the Maintenance & Retrofit Engineering team within Customer Services, Airbus Commercial is looking for a Digital Business Operations Manager - Customer Services (d/f/m). You will join a 14-member transnational Business Improvement team dedicated to increasing operational efficiency. A worldwide organization with operations spanning the Americas, Africa and the Middle East, and Asia. Our mission is to leverage digital solutions, innovation, and diverse expertise to deliver essential engineering services that ensure safe and efficient aircraft operations across the entire lifecycle. In this role, you will directly support the business by monitoring, improving, and maintaining critical processes and digital applications.
You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.
