In the Customer Service team, you will be the frontline of the bank to the German-speaking market, providing an excellent customer experience. What you will do :

What you will bring :

1. Fluency in German.

4. Computer knowledge / tech savviness; experience with CRM tools is preferred.
5. Ability to work under stressful and testing situations with customers.
6. Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles is preferred.
7. A can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability are essential.
8. Must hold EU citizenship / EU Passport or valid work permit for Greece.
9. Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, or be a local candidate.
