TP in Greece collaborates with a leading Mobile Bank, helping you manage your bank account on-the-go, track expenses, and set aside money in real-time.

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support German-speaking customers.

As part of the Customer Service team, you will be the frontline representative for the German-speaking market, providing excellent customer experience. Your role involves not only support but also protection—preventing fraud, safeguarding data, and protecting our customers.

What you will do :

  • Support customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Prevent fraud, protect data, and safeguard customers
  • Represent our client as an ambassador
  • Track and follow cases to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with partners, showing empathy
  • Work towards targets set by the client and internal goals

What you will bring :

  • Fluency in German
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Exceptional communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Computer literacy and tech-savviness; experience with CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with customers
  • Customer service or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability
  • EU citizenship, EU passport, or valid work permit for Greece
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, or local candidates
