Your mission
(This role requires you to be based in Berlin)
Own design end-to-end across mama health: our patient app (B2C), our patient journey analytics platform (B2B), our design system, and key brand & growth touchpoints (website, landing pages, ads). As we prepare for a major launch, you will shape the foundation of a product that can impact people’s lives globally — with a high level of ownership, craft, and speed.
You will:
- Work closely with our Head of Product to deeply understand our users, vision, and product goals — and translate them into excellent experiences.
- Lead end-to-end product design for mobile and web: user flows, information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and iteration.
- Redefine and evolve our design system in Figma (components, patterns, tokens, and documentation) to create a unified, scalable design language.
- Ensure design quality in implementation through crisp handoffs, collaboration with engineering, and design QA.
- Shape and maintain our brand expression across product and marketing: website, landing pages, and paid assets — keeping everything consistent and high quality.
- Run lightweight user research and usability testing when needed, turning insights into shipped improvements.
Your profile
- 3–7 years of experience designing digital products (mobile and web) — or an outstanding portfolio that shows strong end-to-end ownership.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills, paired with great taste and attention to detail.
- Experience building and maintaining component-based design systems in Figma.
- Able to work independently, prioritize well, and take ownership from day one.
- Comfortable switching between product design and brand/growth design depending on what the company needs most.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written). German is a strong plus.
Bonus points for:
- Experience in healthcare or designing for complex, sensitive user journeys.
- Experience designing analytics dashboards or interfaces involving AI and data-driven interactions.
- Experience with web design and conversion-focused landing pages (and collaborating closely with growth teams).
