What your responsibilities are

• You support the Chef de Partie Pastry in daily operations and take over responsibilities for your section
• You are responsible for mise en place production and presentation of desserts, pastries and baked goods
• You contribute your ideas to creative and innovative menu development based on our F&B concept
• You ensure efficiency, quality and consistency within your area of responsibility
• You maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness according to HAACP guidelines
• You collaborate closely with colleagues in the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
• You enjoy mentoring apprentices and sharing your knowledge and passion for pastry
• You actively contribute to a positive team culture and occasionally support with content for social media
