The Demand Planner - Central Europe will play a crucial role in representing the country’s product and assortment needs. The role will primarily focus on proposing country-level forecasts, optimizing POP MART’s inventory management and overseeing last-mile logistics operations (from RDC to stores) across the Central European market, including Germany and The Nederlands. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager (Regional cluster Merch head), this dynamic position is responsible for managing merchandise transfers, maintaining warehouse systems and conducting data analysis to support the company's efficient retail operations. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure smooth inventory flow, accurate data management and timely reporting, contributing significantly to POP MART's operational excellence and growth objectives.
