To support our local delivery operations in Germany, we are looking for motivated Delivery Station Coordinators to join our teams in Bochum, Essen, and Gelsenkirchen.

Your Responsibilities

As Delivery Station Coordinator, you are hands-on in the delivery station and ensure that daily operations run smoothly:

• Actively support and coordinate day-to-day delivery activities including inbound, outbound, sorting, and dispatch
• Work side by side with delivery associates and guide them during shifts
• Ensure operational KPIs such as on-time delivery, productivity, and accuracy are achieved
• Monitor workflows on the shop floor and ensure compliance with JD standards and safety regulations
• Support the Delivery Station Supervisor/Manager in shift planning, training, and performance follow-up
• Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day issues in delivery operations
• Promote teamwork and drive a culture of continuous improvement directly on site

Your Profile

• Vocational training or degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Several years of professional experience in logistics, last-mile, or delivery operations
• First experience in coordinating teams or strong potential to step into a leadership-support role
• Hands-on mentality with a willingness to work directly in operations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Languages: German fluent, English business fluent
• Flexibility and readiness to work on-site with shift patterns if required
