We are looking for a Data Scientist with a strong background in Control Theory, ideally with a PhD, to join our Berlin R&D team. This is an in person role with some hybrid flexibility in one of Berlin’s top locations. If you are already in Berlin, thrive on ambitious research, and want to push Large Language Models into real world control loops, this might be the challenge you have been waiting for.
We build enterprise grade data pipelines powering multi channel conversational AI. Our platform enables organizations to automate customer interactions across voice, chat, and messaging with high accuracy, flexibility, and deep integration into existing enterprise systems. Backed by a 3M seed round, we are scaling fast across Europe and North America.
We are an R&D driven company, with a strong research background, and our culture rewards people who go deep, solve hard problems, and then bring those solutions into production. We invest heavily in experimentation and expect high output, but the payoff is big: impact, ownership, and the chance to publish groundbreaking work.
You will work in our Berlin R&D group, integrating Large Language Models into control loops and exploring how classical control theory principles can shape the future of autonomous AI systems. You will contribute to core research that has direct product impact, and you will have the freedom to pursue publication in top venues. On top of your research work, we value flexibility. From time to time you will also take on backend development tasks and collaborate closely with our backend team to bridge research with production systems.
