Aufgaben
- Lead analysis of legacy system data extracts to understand data structures, dependencies, quality, and risks.
- Define and socialize data collection templates; guide Market Units (MUs) to complete them consistently.
- Identify data cleansing, enrichment, and standardization requirements; define explicit acceptance criteria for data readiness.
- Map source-to-target data using defined templates, ensuring alignment with business rules and target data models; maintain end-to-end traceability.
- Design, develop, and maintain transformation and load logic for all target objects (ETL/ELT processes).
- Plan, execute, and monitor mock data loads in DEV and other environments as required; troubleshoot issues in collaboration with technical teams.
- Support UAT load activities and provide data-related guidance to users during acceptance testing.
- Guide Market Units through cleansing and enrichment activities; ensure alignment with quality standards and project governance.
- Lead the review and approval of final load files; ensure all cutover prerequisites are met and data extraction readiness and lineage are in place.
- Execute final cutover transformation and load; coordinate with runbook owners and business stakeholders; monitor defects and support post-cutover validation.
Profil
- Proficient experience in data migration, data integration, data quality, and data governance, with a proven track record delivering end-to-end migrations in large, complex, and international projects
- Strong SQL skills and relational database proficiency; solid experience with data modeling, profiling, cleansing, and enrichment
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, DataStage or equivalent)
- Very good knowhow with JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams, tight deadlines, and project risk
- Fluent English language skills and good Germany language skills
