Job Description

For our sales team in South Germany we are looking for a Factory Automation Territory Account Manager who shares our passion for our industrial automation solutions and industry 4.0. Be part of it and apply with us!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • After a detailed training in the products as well as in sales, you will take over the acquisition and support of customers in your own sales territory;
  • You will expand and maintain existing customer and sales partner relationships, develop appropriate offers based on customer requirements and needs, and conduct contract negotiations;
  • Prepare and conduct product presentations at customer sites or trade shows;
  • Through your sales activities, you will develop new business areas and market opportunities, helping to achieve sales targets for the defined sales territory;
  • You will contribute to the development of sales strategies;
  • You will work from your home office or from the Langen (Hesse) office and you will support your customers in the field in your region;
  • Through your ideas, you will make a lasting contribution to the success of the company.
Education and Experience:
  • You have a Bachelor's / Master's degree in engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification as a technician / master craftsman or you are a real sales enthusiast;
  • Ideally, you have initial professional experience in field sales (preferably in the field of automation technology);
Knowledge and Skills:
  • You’re enthusiastic about technology and enjoy engaging with customers to present and explain innovative solutions;
  • You bring a hand on mentality and the motivation to actively shape your territory with the support of an experienced team;
  • You work independently and on your own responsibility and convince with your competence;
  • You’re a team player who also enjoys taking responsibility and working independently on tasks and projects;
  • You’re flexible, willing to travel within your region, and enjoy meeting customers on site;
  • You speak fluent German and English, any additional language skills is a plus but not necessary
