Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to incoming requests and resolving issues via email for the German Market.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Process manual refunds and address GDPR-related complaints accurately and carefully.
- Work efficiently with multiple systems while maintaining high precision.
- Respond to customer requests and resolve issues via email for the German Market.
- Recognize and understand customer needs.
- Assist in solving customer issues faced.
- Contribute to improving service quality and customer satisfaction by providing insights.
- Participate in specialized training.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues by reviewing past interactions and utilizing internal tools.
- Build good relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.
The Profile
Targeted Qualifications
- Fluency in German (C1/C2 level).
- Fluency in English (C1 level).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eligible to work in the EU or hold Portuguese residency.
- Able to work rotating shifts.
- Computer and Internet literate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Typing speed of 150+ keystrokes per minute and solid computer literacy.
