Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for the customer, responding to incoming requests, and solving issues via email for the German Market.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process manual refunds and address GDPR-related complaints with care and accuracy.
  • Work with multiple systems efficiently while maintaining a high level of precision.
  • Respond to customer requests and resolve issues via email for the German Market.
  • Recognize customer needs and assist in resolving issues.
  • Participate in improving service quality and customer satisfaction by providing insights.
  • Participate in specialized training.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues by reviewing interactions and using internal tools.
  • Build good relationships with customers to improve satisfaction.

Ideal Profile

Targeted Qualifications

  • Fluency in German (C1 / C2 level).
  • Fluency in English (C1 level).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eligible to work in the EU or hold Portuguese residency.
  • Able to work rotating shifts.
  • Computer and Internet literate.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Typing speed of 150+ keystrokes per minute.
