Customer Success Manager – Datacenter Services

As a Customer Success Manager you will be the operational and contractual point of contact for a portfolio of data-center customers, ensuring seamless service delivery and high satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle. You will work closely with Sales, Service Delivery and Operations teams to resolve issues, manage expectations, and support contract renewals and growth opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, service-oriented environment and enjoys building strong customer partnerships in tech-driven industries.

Responsibilities
  • Manage ongoing customer relationships on both operational and contractual levels
  • Support the Sales team with pipeline activity (e.g., preparing offers and addendum agreements) for assigned accounts in Salesforce.
  • Handle customer enquiries including service requests, complaints, and incident cases via ServiceNow or equivalent tools.
  • Conduct the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey and drive follow-up actions
  • Support internal, external and customer audits as required
Required Skills & Experience
  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent with several years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a service provider, IT consultancy, or IT sales environment.
  • Experience using CRM and service management tools such as Salesforce and ServiceNow.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with proactive problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (written & spoken)
