For our European Business Group, we are looking for a Customer Solution Engineer (m/f/d) in our Frankfurt office to strengthen our team as soon as possible:

Responsibilities:

• Support application development projects in different industries to help introduce our products and grow the market in the EMEA region
• Identify customer needs, hold online and offline meetings, and provide technical solutions with required documentation, in close collaboration with internal experts.
• Support the initiation and coordination of technical projects with customers and partners
• Support customer‑led trials, production processes and co‑development activities
• Manage the complaint handling process
• Monitor market and technology trends to find new application ideas and business opportunities and share insights to help the team prepare for the future

Experience Requirements / Competencies:

• Successfully completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Polymer Engineering, or a related technical field
• Excellent analytical, presentation and communication abilities
• Structured, responsible, independent and growth mindset
• Business fluent in English (spoken and written), proficiency in German, French, Spanish, Polish, Italian or Korean is an advantage
• Confident handling of common MS Office programs
• Distinct analysis and teamwork skills, customer, service and solution‑oriented work attitude
• Willingness to travel about 50 % within EMEA without VISA issue and a class B driving licence
