Qualifikationen

  • Experience in social institutions and familiarity with billing modalities.
  • Experience with healthcare software products is a plus.

Your mission

In this role, you'll be our user expert with an overview and empathy. As part of a team of motivated colleagues, you will work directly with our existing customers and support them in using our software; always with the aim of solving challenges sustainably. You report to the Team Lead Customer Support.

  • Target-oriented processing of customer inquiries for a defined customer base
  • Direct communication with existing customers to solve problems
  • Collaboration with the Product Management, Development and Consulting teams in the area of product development Reporting ticket information to the Team Lead to identify optimization potential
  • Maintaining the internal customer management systems and knowledge databases

Your profile
  • You have completed training as a healthcare assistant or are a qualified nurse or nursing
    assistant with experience
  • You have already gained relevant professional experience in social institutions, e.g. as an
    administrative employee or as a nursing specialist and are familiar with the billing modalities
  • Ideally, you have experience in working with software products from the social sector (e.g.
    GO ON, Swing, heimbas, etc.) or have a certain affinity for IT and a desire to familiarize yourself with a software product
  • You have a friendly, open and engaging demeanor
  • You have excellent communication skills, business fluent German (spoken & written) and enjoy interacting with the users of the software
