As a Customer Service Manager (m / f / d) – Investment Management AIM Global you are part of a diverse service management and business analyst team that aims to provide the best services for our international clients. You play a key role in the client relationship management, mainly the analysis of financial data requests including the management of service deliveries, service improvements and service performance. Apart from that you will be involved in various projects as face to the customer.
