For the expansion of our team in our Munich office, we are looking for a motivated

Customer Service Assistant (m/f/d)

for the next possible start date.

What to expect:
  • Responsible for processing orders
    • Accepting, tracking and controlling orders
    • Entering orders into the internal ERP system
    • Processing orders in compliance with customs regulations in foreign trade
  • Accepting, processing and coordinating customer enquiries via live chat and email
  • Checking and following up on delivery deadlines
  • Working closely with the internal interfaces of the Credit department and the parent company in the USA
  • Coordinate customer enquiries with the corresponding inventory in the individual departments
  • Creating, checking and, if necessary, procuring order-relevant documents
  • Recording new customers and continuous maintenance of master data in the ERP system
  • Supporting our customers throughout the ordering process and advising them on our product range
  • Collaborating with other departments to best meet the customers' needs
What we are looking for:
  • Successful completion of vocational training or a comparable qualification
  • One year of relevant experience in customer service is ideal, but we also welcome interested career changers.
  • An interest in and enthusiasm for data entry and customer contact via email and live chat are advantageous.
  • Service-oriented mentality and high standards of quality
  • Results-oriented work ethic, reliable and analytical approach to work, as well as negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken; other languages are advantageous
  • Confident in MS-Office; experience with other programs is an advantage
  • Enjoy working efficiently with a motivated, international team
