Tasks

• You are the main contact for our internal customer in corporate functions such as Procurement, Real Estate, Facility Management, and Travel & Fleet Management, and you will be available to our internal customers.
• You support in defining architecture, technical requirements, and specifications.
• You define the scope of services, align scheduling, and budget for requirements.
• You are responsible for creating and designing solution concepts in coordination with business departments and enterprise IT architecture.
• You independently manage IT initiatives and projects, including planning, execution, acceptance, documentation, and handover.
• You manage Corporate Function-specific application portfolio.

Qualifications

• A degree in IT, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in an international environment.
• Strong project management skills with proven experience, ideally in waterfall and agile projects.
• Experience in requirements management and knowledge of tools and methods for mapping technical processes.
• Knowledge of IT architecture, the software development process, and experience in change management processes and projects.
• Good presentation and facilitation skills and a high level of commitment, with a convincing and professional demeanor.
• Strong decision‑making and implementation skills, teamwork, and good communication skills.
• Very good German and English skills.
