Scope:Teamleader Orbit is a powerful agency software tool that helps agencies streamline operations and maximise efficiency. As Customer Onboarding Manager, you will play a crucial role in our clients' success by guiding them through the implementation of Teamleader Orbit.

Location:Ghent, Belgium, or Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with hybrid working model; or fully remote from Germany

As a Customer Onboarding Manager - Teamleader Orbit (TLO) at Teamleader you:
Facilitate smooth onboarding: Your primary responsibility is to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for the customer within the set timeframe. This involves understanding their needs, setting up an implementation plan, guiding them through the setup process, providing training, monitoring their account status and escalating critical issues from customers.
Provide training: You will conduct training sessions for new customers to make sure they get their first value out of Teamleader Orbit as soon as possible. You will assist the customer in getting the most out of our product through a variety of different learning channels (by virtual training sessions, product videos, training board, …). By understanding their specific requirements and objectives, you will tailor the onboarding process to help them achieve tangible results quickly.
Build strong relationships: You collaborate with the agency customers to formulate strategies and tactics to ensure they both love our product and achieve their business goals.
Streamline and optimize work: You keep an accurate record of all work and suggest improvements in our internal processes.
Collaborate: You are in close communication with your fellow team members from the Onboarding team, but also with the sales and support colleagues.

You'd be a great fit for this role, if you:
Love to talk with entrepreneurs about their workflows and business processes.
Preferably, you know a thing or two about B2B communication, you master the consultative communication method.
You strongly believe in technology and have affinity with cloud‑based applications and with the agency and consultancy business.
You speak fluent German and English (professional level). Fluency in Dutch or French is a big plus!
Experience in a SaaS environment would be a great plus and some HTML and CSS skills would be a nice extra.
