Your Role

• Consulting: Guide clients through the implementation and development of Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Data Architecture: Lead workshops to develop technical concepts around data architecture and modeling with clients.
• Implementation: Manage data integration, modeling, and refinement within Salesforce Data Cloud.
• System Integration: Support integration of Salesforce Data Cloud with external systems like Marketing Cloud, CRM, Data Lakes, or AdTech providers.
• Segmentation: Assist in creating complex customer segments for clients.
• Pre-Sales: Contribute expertise in pre-sales meetings and present concrete concepts to clients.

Your Profile

• Education: Degree in (Business) Informatics or extensive experience in Data Engineering as a career changer.
• Experience: Proficient with Customer Data Platforms, ideally Salesforce Data Cloud; experienced in data integration and ETL processes; familiar with cloud technologies and SQL.
• Data Understanding: Capable of analyzing complex data, presenting it clearly, and developing tailored data products within the CDP.
• Customer Focus: Find pragmatic solutions for individual project challenges.
• Willingness to Learn: Eager to deepen knowledge in areas like Marketing Cloud Advanced or Agentforce.
• Language Skills: Excellent German and good English skills.
