Responsibilities

• You will strategically design and execute short and long-term technology plans
• You will develop the engineering team, improving efficiency
• You will design and improve a scalable service-oriented architecture
• You will build data products and guide data teams
• You will improve existing and implement new engineering practices
• You will work with various senior stakeholders, partners and investors

Required Skills

• You speak fluent German or English
• You have many years of proven leadership experience
• You have designed, implemented and driven technology plans forward on a large scale
• You have a deep grasp of software engineering processes and have guided engineering teams in the past
• You have used AI to enable teams to be more productive and improve company efficiency

Desired Skills

• You speak both German and English fluently
• You have held a similar previous position (CISO, CTO, Head of IT, etc.)
• You have experience working in the same industry
