We’re a fast-growing startup building the next generation of AI‑powered video editing tools. Our product helps creators, marketers, and businesses produce high‑quality videos faster than ever through automation, smart workflows, and AI‑driven generation.

About the Role

We’re looking for a senior, experiment‑driven Creative Producer to join our creative stream. In this role, you’ll work hand‑in‑hand with our UA and Growth Managers to uncover new angles, build scalable creative systems, and run fast‑paced experiments across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging platforms.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in early‑stage environments: zero bureaucracy, fast decisions, constant iteration, and direct impact on how the company grows.

What You’ll Do:

Build & test high‑performing creative directions

  • Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, and visual directions tailored for UA channels (Meta, Google, TikTok).
  • Explore new angles and messaging that fit the emerging “AI video editor” category.

Work closely with UA & Growth

  • Partner with UA and Growth managers to translate hypotheses into creative pipelines.
  • Sync on tests, metrics, insights, and next steps.

Lead the production cycle

  • Drive the end‑to‑end process: research → brief → production → tests → iteration.
  • Manage designers/motion designers to deliver high‑output, high‑quality assets.

Run fast experimentation loops

  • Implement aggressive testing cycles with quick turnarounds and structured learnings.
  • Turn winning concepts into scalable creative systems and funnel directions.

Improve processes

  • Build operational frameworks for high‑volume creative testing.
  • Integrate AI tools to speed up production and discovery.
Challenges You’ll Own
  • Consistently improving ROAS and lowering CAC in a new, competitive category.
  • Generating high‑speed experimentation frameworks from scratch.
  • Identifying emerging creative patterns before the market catches on.
  • Translating abstract “AI video editor” value into simple, high‑converting messages.
  • Scaling creative production without sacrificing quality.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years in creative production with strong experience in performance marketing or UA‑driven environments.
  • 2+ years leading designers or creative teams.
  • Hands‑on creative experience (motion design, editing, storyboarding, scripting).
  • Strong understanding of Meta, Google, TikTok ad formats.
  • Experience running cyclic creative production with rapid iterations.
  • Ability to spot early creative trends, hooks, and cultural signals.
  • Comfortable working in a fast, ambiguous, high‑ownership startup environment.
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics and data‑informed decision‑making.
  • Experience using AI tools in day‑to‑day creative workflows (a big plus).
  • Bonus: Experience in creative strategy for AI tools, productivity apps, or creator‑focused products.
