Overview

CPQ Business Analyst - German Speaking

My Client is looking for a German-speaking CPQ Business Analyst to join a growing team in the utilities sector. This role bridges business needs and technology, ensuring that Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions streamline sales, pricing, and customer engagement processes.

Role Overview

You will analyse business processes, map Quote-to-Cash flows, and translate requirements into CPQ system designs. Working closely with architects, developers, and business teams, you will configure CPQ solutions, manage integrations, and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Contract, Order Management, and Finance teams to define business needs.
• Work with IT Architects to design system solutions.
• Document Quote-to-Cash process flows and system diagrams.
• Configure product / pricing rules, approvals, templates, workflows, and user permissions.
• Support IT and UAT testing activities.
• Maintain operating instructions, system configuration, and documentation.
• Ensure the CPQ solution meets business and user requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within CPQ solutions.
• Must be German-speaking
• Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash processes in the utilities sector.
• Hands-on experience configuring CPQ systems.
• Familiarity with CRM, billing, and ERP system integrations (e.g., Dynamics 365).
• Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.
