Your responsibilities :
  • Our Corporate Account Managers are “do-ers” who serve as the connection between Ecolab, our field sales teams, and the decision-makers in our customer organizations. You’ll partner with all three to create solutions that help them achieve their goals. Our team is motivated, energetic, and skilled at solving problems, using industry and technical knowledge to exceed expectations.
  • Work with our Food & Beverage customer base to retain and grow your portfolio of European corporate accounts in the Food & Protein segment. Deliver innovative solutions, products, and programs across multiple locations.
  • Lead and manage business reviews at both customer and corporate levels.
  • Proactively plan and negotiate contract renewals, helping us meet our pricing strategies.
  • Partner with and coach field employees to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
  • Develop new business by winning new customers, negotiating, and closing deals within the industry.
  • Produce and present customer proposals, including organizing trials to demonstrate our capabilities.
  • Leverage innovation and business development within market segments.
Your profile :
  • University degree in food science/technology, (chemical) engineering, chemistry, business, or related field.
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to solving challenges and exceeding client expectations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally within a diverse, matrix organization.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, especially in Business Development and Corporate Account Management.
  • Driving license and willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; additional European languages are a plus.
