What Youll Be Working On
Consumer Marketing
Assist the Marketing Manager in building 360 marketing plans to drive awareness consideration and conversion through new product innovation hero strategies and seasonal campaigns.
Support collaboration with the International Marketing Team to translate regional brand plans into local and channel specific strategies.
Planning & Organization
Planning (meeting preparation schedule agenda)
Building necessary materials (presentations pitch decks)
Executing (actionable meeting notes follow-up on next steps)
Media Campaigns
Help execute all media campaigns by leading creative briefs for assets to ensure global alignment best-in-class execution and local relevance
Assist in defining sampling opportunities managing forecasts and tracking performance
Check stock availability of each campaign with Sales Team
Influencer & PR
Support PR plan execution with our local PR agencies : Influencers briefs / influencers selection / press release localization / PR events
Build plan and execute all PR seeding activities throughout the year with local PR agency
Relationship building with influencers press and ensuring the brand message and priorities are communicated successfully and meaningful connections are developed
Events
Event coordination helping to support and lead both PR and consumer facing events with some flexibility to work out of hours weekends and evenings. Organising and supporting to manage the project timelines and critical planning
Collaborate closely with the Creative Team to ensure a strong and cohesive brand presence
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and update regular marketing reports for performance tracking
Analyse marketing activities to identify areas for improvement
Provide market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning
Share monthly trend reports and recommendations on how the brand can engage
This role will report to the Senior Consumer Marketing Manager DACH Netherlands & Poland.
Must Haves
Minimum 3-5 years experience in Marketing PR Influencer and Social preferably in retail / cosmetics / luxury goods.
Experience in social media content creation influencer marketing paid media national media campaigns and the associated reporting.
Masters degree from a Business School or University with a major in Business Management or Marketing.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills (German & English as must)
Capacity to work in a multi-cultural and fast-paced environment
Knowledge and affinity with retail digital marketing and business. Interest in the beauty industry is preferred.
A strong understanding of the wider EU market is advantageous
Strong analytical skills and experience using consumer brand and marketing data metrics to inform strategy
Innovator with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to network and influence stakeholders and communicate recommendations concisely & persuasively
A keen sense of trends innovation and aesthetics.
Must be comfortable working a hybrid schedule (Remote 2-3 days per week in our Germany Office)
This role requires regular travel to support market activities.
